Final Manga Video Winners Announced!
Both videos, along with Percy Cesar Mamani Vilca’s entry entitled Manga Messiah, can be viewed on Youtube. All three winners will receive limited-edition hardcover versions of the graphic novel. Each book will have a gold foil-stamped title as well as the winner’s name. A small original sketch by Manga Messiah artist Kozumi Shinozawa will also be given. MANGA MUTINY The Third Book is Completed! The Third Book in the Manga Messiah series, Manga Mutiny, has been completed in Japanese and is available for purchase. The English version is still in production but should also be ready soon. |

MANGA METAMORPHOSIS High Reviews The second book in the NEXT manga series is Manga Metamorphosis, based on the book of Acts. We are extremely excited about this release and it has been well received by the manga community as well. Metamorphosis has been printed in two languages so far, Japanese and English. |

MANGA MESSIAH Over One Million in Print! The first book in the series, Manga Messiah, has now been translated into 20 languages and has almost one million copies in print. It has already been presented in the following languages: Japanese, English, Norwegian, Tagalog, Indonesian, Spanish, Portuguese and Danish, and there are many more languages are currently in the translation & production processes. |

IN UGANDA 800,000 copies of Manga Messiah have been printed for distribution to school children in Uganda free of charge. Books are a scarce commodity in Uganda, where 85% of the population earns less than $1/day and a Bible costs $8. |
| Enthusiasm by Government Officials On their trip to Uganda, NEXT representatives met with church and government officials including the Minister of Education, the Minister of Ethics and Integrity, and the First Lady. Everywhere, state officials celebrated the work the NEXT team had done on Manga Messiah and expressed excitement over the educational and spiritual value these books could bring to the youth of Uganda. |
